It was my mother-in-laws Birthday today - she is 84 and looks like she is 60. She still drives and has as much energy as I do. I was taking her out to lunch but she got confused and we were waiting for one another at different restaurants so by the time we worked out what had happened we didn't have time to have lunch :) So no gym today and Margie and I were going to walk at 6:00pm today and we walked out the door and the skies opened up and the rain came pouring down - so no walking. Margie and I had a very productive day today though and I have been ironing tonight - still have a basket left - I just can't get on top of it :)
Working tomorrow and then off to Orange for a Xmas Party and then driving back home in the morning and off to a Birthday party on Sunday afternoon. Have a great weekend and I will report in Monday.

Love your blog...looking for inspiration here - I am on day 37 of Body for Life and I am 55 . I haven't seen much results yet but a friend says I am looking better. Anyway are there more blogs etc. by women over 50 that are bodybuilders?

Yes Margie is a very good friend. She also contracts to our office and does all my accounts for me - I am a hard task master - I feel sorry for her sometimes :) - but she is just beautiful.

I am sure there are a lot more oldies around here but I love hanging out with all the young girls because they inspire me to be Happy, Healthy, Hungry for Change and they live with Passion, Enthusiasm and are always striving to better themselves.
