I love being fit and healthy.<br />Having the day at home today.<br />Did an hour this morning walking up and down my hill - it really gets the heart working. Downed a bottle of water in the process. Just love my water also, it is great for so many things.<br />Spendimg time clearing the paperwork on my desk at home, doing a little bit of work from home on the computer and just enjoying the quite time before my hubby gets home from Sydney.<br />Thought I would surprize him and have the afternoon at home with him today when he gets back :)<br />Had my Hot water and lemon juice on rising amd oats this morning - I just love my porridge.<br />For lunch I had 3 ladels of savoury mince, 1 ladel of sweet potato and then to finish it off I had a multigrain piece of bread with butter and fig jam.:) Don't you just love having a whole week off from being super healthy :)<br />I am having a whole week off my normal nutritional plan this week but I just love eating healthy, you just have so much more energy, so we will see how the day pans out. My food has been easy to follow but my body is not responding and I will need to alter something as Gym, cardio and food has been spot on but nothing is moving.<br />I went down to 55 kilos and now I am back up to 55.9 - my body is really hanging onto fluid. I need to get my sleep patterns a little better and also I think I need to take out the dairy and fruit from my plan. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful team.<br />It is amazing how good you feel having your eyebrows waxed and tinted.<br />I was getting a bit of a headache today so I downed some tablets before heading off to do a session with my PT at 12:30. Had a great workout again. We are changing the rountine a bit from next week, doing 3 days of gym and 5 of cardio x 40 mins in my heart rate zone.<br />I am feeling really bloated today and scales have ventured up a bit but I know I am holding fluid so we will see what they say tomorrow.<br />I didn'nt leave work until 7:15 tonight and just before I left the biggest bang sounded and I thought it was a shot gun. But no the cleaner accidently tipped over our electronic sign - large, think "very big", lights, photos of houses, takes up a whole wall and it smashed everything. The poor cleaner was nearly having kittens, the signs are worth about $2,000 so we will have to sort that one out tomorrow. I offered her a scoth to calm her nerves :)<br />Goal tonight was to be in bed at 10:00 but it did not happen so I am about to run in there now. I went up on all my weights so I was pleased with that. I think it was all the rest and sleep-ins over the break.<br />I got back into my old habit of running out of time to fit everything in last night and went to bed after midnight. I was a bit snappy today so my goal is to be in bed at 10:00 tonight so I can get up and do a cardio session early and then another gym session tomorrow at lunchtime.<br />I did a great cardio session on the treadmill today on the highest incline at level 6 for 40 minutes in my heart rate fat buring zone and clocked up 450 calories. It was 40 degrees here today so I was dripping wet.<br />Finished work at 6:30 today, called into see my beautiful granddaughter (baby) but they were out and then went to the supermarket to get some salad and watermelon and then home around 7:00pm. I battled on through work with Imigram, nuraphen plus and extra strength aspro clear. I am feeling much better today. I had a back scrub on Saturday with a voucher someone had given me and it included a massage and a scalp massage - just what the doctor ordered. My little granddaughter had her ballet concert on Friday night, sat arvo and Saturday night - it was soooo good - those little ballarina's certainly put a smile on my face. I will post a photo when we get some back from the photographer. Well I have had a busy weekend of young kids walking past units we manage and smashing windows and a ceiling falling in on another one - thankfully no one got hurt - old units and the glue decided to give way. Spent all day at work yesterday, have been working from home this morning, cleaning, doing home paperwork and ironed all last night. I just dropped my hubby to a Xmas party and have just finished grocery shopping and putting it all away. I have only had two gym sessions and one cardio this week due to my migrane but back on track tomorrow. I just love my gym sessions - I have never been to keen on the cardio :) Ok over and out - hope everyone had a great weekend. I have started eating clean well until last night when I was stressed to the max quite happy to sip on my mineral water until my hubby coaxed me into having one red wine :) - well yes 6:20pm - 1:30am and 1 bottle later and a big headache this morning - who do I blame - the one ane only ME :) Oh well back on track today. Had a sore tummy today could not tell if it was from the wine or those fit ball tummy exercises. Did my gym workout today, left work about 7:00 tonight and then went and got some groceries and a couple of xmas presents for the kids Xmas party this weekend. My hubby is away so I purchased a trashy magazine coming through the checkouts tonight and sat down and veged out and read it from cover to cover. Left home at 8:00 this morning and just arrived home now. Only had 5 1/2 hours sleep last night so I am just exhausted. My trainer is sick so my Gym session was cancelled. All I could do was laugh - makes him look rough and tough. Oh well it is only hair and it will grow back. Told him he looks like me now when I was sick and had no hair :). I am now back into the routine of going to gym and getting cardio under control so now it is time for the food and the mind. From this day forth I am 100% focused on my little goals to get to my big goals and every bigger goals down the track.<br /><br />Of Goals for today completed so far :)<br /><br />1. 8 hours sleep last night - DONE happy dance :)<br /><br />2. Cardio - did "The Biggest Loser Calorie Killer Circuit" this morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. - DONE<br /><br />3. 2nd Cardio - 50 minute walk at my fat burning heart rate straight after the above - DONE<br /><br />4. Food - on track and 100% on plan as at 1:46 today - DONE happy dance :)<br /><br />5. Mind - speaking only positive thoughts and focused on the vision of my health, my energy, outward appearance and focusing on the little steps and thoughts that are going to get me to my BIG goals.<br /><br />6. Balance - focusing on balancing all area of my life including my husband, my kids, my beautiful grandkids, my friends, dosmetics and work.<br /><br />7. Positiveness - Making sure that as soon as my foot touches the floor every morning when I get out of bed that I put a big smile on my face and thank God that I am alive.<br /><br />8 Challenges - Finding the positive in every challenge and focusing on the solution of how to get through each challenge instead of focusing on the challenge itself and also learning the lesson and changing something so it does not happen again.<br /><br />9. Both really nice properties and both existing clients that I have done a lot of work for - I just love my clients - especially the ones that keep coming back :) Went to gym and did cardio today, treadmill at levle 15 on speed 5. One of my friends was put into hospital to have her appendic out and is not well - I was going up to visit her this arvo but just got too busy. Had to pick my daughter up from work, then my granddaughter from after school care, then the groceries and then headed straight home to finish off some work phone calls and paperwork. Been ironing tonight as my lovely daughter cooked fetticini for dinner - had to taste it and it was beautiful. When I arrived this mornign I had museli and yoghurt (don't normally eat this) but it was the most healthiest option at the time and it was soooooooo nice. At long last I have someone in Dubbo who has competed. Cassandra my trainer has won the INBA Australian Titles and is just so good as a trainer.<br />We did a get to know one another session the other day to work out weights etc and today we did a real workout. It is just what I have been needing and it was and awesome workout.<br /><br />We did chest, back, legs, tris, bis and claves today and I could hardly walk at the finish :) Just love that feeling :)<br /><br />Ok over and out. Asked my hubby to set the alarm for 4:45am but the alarm went off at 4:30 so though I best get up and get dressed so I would not miss the plane. <br /><br />Cooked oates made on water for breakfast.<br /><br />Plane take off time was 6:30 but it was running 20 minutes late. Got on the plane to the smell of freshly cooked hot muffins. I politely said no to the muffin but asked for a cup of tea so was given my plastic cup. I got a caramel sesame seed bar in my cup (4 portions - 50 calories each and only 2g sugar) Well I hummed and harred about it for a while and then quicly gave it back to the air hostess when she collected my cup.<br /><br />Arrived at the conference to Danish tarts and tea. Passed on the Danish tarts and had a herb tea.<br /><br />Into the conference with bowls full of lollies and I also won a chocolate for answering a question right. Passed on the lollies and gave my chocolate away:). OK<br /><br />Out to lunch - a large smorgersboard of goodies - I passed on all the different types of salads, noodles, hot dishes etc etc and had a piece of grilled fish and some lettuce leaves followed by a herbal tea. Just feeling good when they bring out a table full of delicious looking desserts and everyone piling their plates high. I excused myself and went to the ladies to powder my nose and by that time it was time to get another herbal tea and head back into the confernce. OK<br /><br />Out to afternoon tea, were they had all sorts of different icecreams - chocolate, vanilla chocolate coated, drumb sticks etc etc - looked at them and asked myself a question "did you even think about these before you saw them and did you want one of these before you saw it" I answered "NO" and kept on walking. Poured myself a herbal tea and headed back into the conference room. OK<br /><br />Conference finishes and of course now it is cocktail hour - lots of wine and alcohol and lots of hot goodies walking around, bread curry puff things, little mini hamburgers, cheese, etc etc you get the idea - passed on all of them and the wine and I was really starting to feel hungry for some healthy food at this stage. OK<br /><br />Off to the airport and we skip to the Qantas Club where there is more alcohol, lots of food, hot potato puffs, meat pies, cheese, nibbles to have with drinks, soup, bread rolls, biscuits - <strong>Yes I had to have something to eat</strong>. I had some lettuce leaf (think it was supposed to be the garnish:) and a pear. Very nice OK - happy with this healthy choice:)<br /><br />Leave the lounge to board the plane. On the plane more wine offered and a pack with biscuits and cheese, peanuts, chocolate etc. I was really wanting a cuppa but I had to take the hole pack even though I just wanted the plastic cup SOOOO I declined on that. No food and no Cuppa.<br /><br />Drove home from the airport (I live out of town on the other side). Feeling really hungry by this stage - got inside, attacked the fridge and had my leftover salad from yesterday and my left over chicken from yesterday plus 2 corn thins with natural peanutbutter.
