OK - Busy day again today. Meetings at 9:00 with by business partners and then a 9:30 property management meeting, it finished after 11:00 o'clockish. I had a luncheon on with the sales team and Adams Leyland Solicitors at Essence. I watched everyone order hot chocolates, latte's, risotto, creamy this and that and burgers etc. I ordered a mineral water and a plate of steamed vegetables - it was soooooooo nice. Had a busy afternoon and then had to take my granddaughter to Ballet practice for the concert. She is having dress rehersal at the Civic Centre tomorrow - so all exciting. I purchased 6 tickets for all the family to go and watch on Friday night, paid for her costume, purchased some new ballet stockings and sox for her - I didn't get a lot of change from $200 let me tell you - my kids are not silly asking me to collect the tickets etc - hey but I love spoiling them :). Did some finance jobs at the office and putting together a job description for a new role we are handing over to one of the sales team in the new year and then headed home early today around 5:45pm. Cooked beef stroganof for my hubby with noodles and I had steamed veges with sweet potato and a splash of low fat cheese under the griller - absolultely delicious.
So today I had porridge, chicken, steamed veges, chicken, steamed veg/swt potato/low fat cheese, lots of water and a couple of green teas.
It is weight-in in the morning so no more food tonight :)
Will report in tomorrow- don't forget our goal is just to maintain until the New Year - so fingers crossed as I am running out of money fast :)

Wow busy days Kimmy, sounds like you had a good one though.
