Well today came and went and I didn't even go and watch the comp tonight. I had a migrane for three days. My Uncle passed away and I did the eulogy on Friday and then when I woke up this morning my back/shoulder had frozen. It had been playing up since Wednesday. All good apart from that and I will just keep moving forward. Will catch up soon.
