I have had the busiest day today and I am just exhausted. Left home at 8:00 this morning and just arrived home now. Only had 5 1/2 hours sleep last night so I am just exhausted. My trainer is sick so my Gym session was cancelled. I tried to get out of going to the gym with my wonderful gym partner but she dragged me by the collar and we went and did 45 minutes of cardio on 15 incline and I felt so much better afterwards :).
Ok I am off to have some well deserved dinner and start on the domestics here.
