Margie and I have managed to go to the gym this week two days in a row. We joked if we got there tomorrow we would buy a lottery ticket as it is sure to win :).
We are both settling back down to normality - if there is such a thing after 6 months of very long work days and not much else.
So far this week I have done legs, shoulders and back. I soooooooo love the gym and I am soooooooooooo glad to be back. Margie and I usually go together but Margie sticks to cardio and I attach the gym.
Margie has done so well and has lost a whole heap of weight. She is now a granny (her lovely daughter, Danielle had a beautiful little boy) and her son got married last weekend so she was very committed to achieveing her goals. She is just the best friend and she looks fantastic.
Ok off to do the domestics, have a shower and do some ironging (I am always ironing)!!
