This photo was taken at dinner last night. It is four generations - that is me at the back then my Mum and then my Daughter and then my Granddaughter. By the way my mum is standing in the photo :)

Well I have had a great week except for my shoulder and arm problem - something to do with my nerves and muscles. I can't even pickup a dumbbell. I have had excruciating pain in my shoulder blade, top of shoulder down thru my elbow and right down to my wrist. I have been on super pain killers, been to chiro, accupuncture, muscle manipulator and a massage therapist. It happend before I went away toa conference a few weeks ago now. It just pain when I am doing nothing. I am in tears every morning until it get going a big and then I can tolerate the pain as long as I have my mix of pain killers :)

Anyway tonight it is starting to ease up a bit so here is hoping we are on the mend.:

All my food has been 100% this week and I have been to the gym but only doing bottom half and walking on the treadmill on inclines etc. But I have been to the gym and sticking to my programme 100% under the circumstances and that is a plus for this little chicky babe.

I feel a lot better this week and I am going to the INBA Comp in Dubbo tomorrow night and I am getting very excited so that is getting me super motivated :)

Ok sorry I haven't been posting etc or chatching up with blogs but I will do my best to stay in contact a little more often.
