Well - had an appointment to have my nails done at 8:00am this morning. Running out the door and did not have time for porridge so food goes like this:)chicken and apple, chicken, chicken and cauli, chicken and broc, chicken (total chicken in that lot 300g),50g chicken and almond butter. Well you could say I am chickened out today :)
Margie and I were going to gym at 11:30 and 11:30 came and went and we decided on 3:30. Margie got back over to our office around 4:00 so we decided to go thru a big submission that we had been working on first and it got too late so we decided to go for a big walk instead. Anyway I trotted down to the car to get my gym bag and you wouldn't believe it by the time I got upstairs it was pouring. Well that was our excuse today.
I decided I would do half an hour of skipping when I got home but I have only just sat down and it is 9:21.I cooked up a batch of chicken for the next few days. Made Kim crumbed cutlets, mashed potato and veges for his dinner tonight and cooked a piece of crumbed steak for my son for a snack tomorrow (he was eating at friends tonight).
I also cooked some spag bol for tomorrow nights tea for the family (always tasks better if you cook the mince the night before). Cleaned up my mess etc etc. I also made a phone call to a fellow I meet at the optomotrist.
Long story but my husband collects antique fuel bowsers and I got chatting to this fellow and the next time I went to vist the optomotrist this guy had left his business card with my optomistrist to give to me. I nearly feel over when I read his name. He has the exact same name as my brother (same christian name and same surname) - how often would that happen. So I had a long conversation with him tonight telling him the story and then my husband took over so he could talk fuel bowser talk :)
Well I am off to have a shower and then I need to do a bit of work on the computer, iron some clothes and hopefully fall into bed by 11:00pm. Live with Passion Kimmy
PS ALI - I will leave boot camp up to you - I maybe doing my own boot camp by the time Di is finished with me. Had to send thru all my measurements - very scary.
