I NEED SOME MOTIVATION :)

MEMORIES - what a great day night that was - I still laugh every time I think about some of the things that happened - first experiences are always so good cause you just have no idea what you are getting yourself into :)

Amazing how you don't want to blog when you have to own up to the truth:) (EATING BREAD) Went to gym with Margie yesterday - I did abs and 20 minutes of cardio.
FOOD
porridge and sultanas
chicken (everyone in our office had pavlova and cream sponge cake) well except for me and Margie :)
Swt pot/cauli/broc
chicken
banana
chicken and natural almond butter
YES I ATE BREAD :) 2 slices of spelt bread with blackberry jam - Why???- who knows!!!! - but it tasted good. :) :) :)
Today is another day. Doing some work on the computer and catching up on reading for work (boring) :) Cleaning house etc
I went to bed at 10:30 last night (early for this chicky babe) and I slept in until 6:30 and then just stayed in bed until 7:30 listening to the radio and the rain - how nice :)
Ok back to work for me.
We are going out tonight to visit friends and I am just not motivated re my food as you can see but I always seem to go pretty well until night strikes Think I am just getting anxious about my new programme :)- we will see what happens tonight. Only exercise scheduled for me today is house cleaning etc and may get in some skipping. Have a great weekend.

Kimmy, Don't dwell too much on eating the bread.Sometimes it is better to have something when you feel like it and then its done and you can move on. Just remind yourself of all the good food that you usually eat and will continue to eat.
