HERE IS A GOAL!!! AWESOME

Mostly attended meetings today, went to gym with Margie and I did Shoulders and Tris and some of those hanging knee raises - I got to nine (Ali - I am trying my hardest to hit that 15 mark). It was so muggy and hot training today. I have been trying contacts to see how I go and I learnt how to put them in and take them out late this arvo. The optometrist left them in so I am hoping they come out easy tonight :). I just find them so good now that I seem to always have my glasses on and it is so much easier training with contacts in.
Food today - 4 egg whites and 1 slice of spelt bread, chicken, broc/cauli/swt potato, chicken, coleslaw/almond butter/low fat mayo/beetroot, Oops and two slices of spelt bread with jam :) but no chocolate :) NO CARDIO again today.
Some exciting news - I am going to sign up with Di to do a programme (hence getting the bread in before I can't have any - isn't it funny I never normally eat bread at all any way but I just felt that I needed to have some before Di gets the whip out) and she is going to prepare me for a comp next year. I am very excited about that. Hope I look like this lovely lady in the picture :)
So I have a busy year ahead but I am really looking forward to focusing on a goal. Firstly I just want to lose some body fat so I feel good and then we ae going to focus on building muscle over a few months and then a plan to count down to a comp in my home town and well who knows where that will take me - but one step at a time. I just love being accountable to someone else - it just seems to motivate me. Guess it is always more motivating when you are paying money:)- it is always so much easier to say no to yourself when you don't have nay comeback :)
I still have my bet going with Margie - we weight in in 2 weeks - we are doing monthly weigh ins but still the weekly bet amounts - it will be interesting to see where those scales are sitting in 2 weeks :) I love to give and it is a wonderful charity but it just has to stop :)
OK off to do some domestics - be good and live with passion. Kimmy

Hi Kimmy,

I'm really pleased that you have decided to compete again and I'll continue to follow your journey with interest.

Funny story about the bread. I'm exactly like that too. If I think something will be cut from my diet, I quickly load up on it.

Strange creatures arent we??!!

Cheers
