Margie and I weighed in on some new scales that are at the Chemist that Margie works at.
My stats were as follows:-
Body Type - Standard
Gender - Female
Age - 51
Height - 165 cm
Weight - 56.8
BMI - 20.9
BMR - 1267 Calories
FAT % - 24.0%
Fat Mass - 13.6 kilos
FFM - 43.2 kilos
TBW (Water) - 31.6 kilos (This should be half your body weight)
DESIRABLE RANGE
FAT % - 23-34%
FAT MASS - 12.9 - 22.3 kilos
The lovely gentleman who took my stats said I was the healthiest person that he had had on the scales and that he was going to use me as a role model. :) Golly and I feel so out of shape - just makes you wonder how half the population feel that are actually obese.
Anyway this is a good starting point. I was lacking motivation so I emailed my wonderful friend Sue to see what sort of programme she could put together for me to see if that is the way I want to go and I also emailed our lovely Di to get some idea of what sort of programme she does for her competitors - not sure if she actually does this on-line but I am waiting for their replies.
I guess I can really do this myself but it is also nice to have someone who is better than you coaching you - I honestly think that everyone needs a coach no matter how good they are.

Hi Kimmy - thanks for stopping by my blog to say hi. Of course I remember you from Phat Camp - and I saw your triumph in the All-Females in 2006 too.
Good to see you're still training hard!
Say hi to Margie!
Hi Kimmy, Yes it is nice to get those compliments even if you are feeling 'out of shape'.
I agree that a coach can make such a big difference even when you know what you should be doing.
