I have been researching everything to do with health and fitness for years and just love being able to make art out of your own body. I did my first 12 week challenge with Sue Heintze of idealbodiesonline in 2003 and won the monthly Body Blitz Challenge and was featured in Womens Fitness and Health. I entered the World All Female Classic bodybuilding competition in Melbourne in July 2006 at the age of 50 and came second in the Masters - it was the most awesome experience I have ever had. I am now qualified to coach and prepare participants in all aspects of bodybuilding and contest preparation. I am also a fully qualified Certicate IV Personal Trainer. I love helping people with their fitness and weight loss goals and have created a fortnightly newsletter and monthly magazine to share my interets with all my clients and friends.
