ROUND UP ON THE 1ST DAY OF DECEMBER

Firstly, Kim andI had a lovely night with Mum and Dad at the West Dubbo Bowling Club Xmas Party. There were lots of lovely salads (not the healthy type :) and different meats etc. I had a small helping of chicken and some lettuce leaf. It was really nice but not enough food for this chicky babe and I ended up having two bread rolls with butter - oops :). They then carried out about 200 big trays of prawns. There were 400 people at the party altogether. 200 upstairs where we were and 200 downstairs. I drank mineral water all night and then we drove home around 10:30ish. Kim was getting up early and going to an auction in Nyngan today so he went to bed early and I stayed up watching a movie until 12:45 and yes I had about 4 cups of green tea and a chocolate fix with each cup (fun size).

Gym - completed (legs)
Aerobics - completed (incline treadmill)
Food - good all day (to plan)
Free meal (2 x bread rolls and 3 x fun size cadbury plain chocolate
HAPPY WITH MY DAY -
GOAL for December is to stay the same weight through the Xmas period.
