AGAIN - WHERE DO THE DAYS GO :)

It is my granddaughters 6th birthday today. I picked her up from school and we have had fun opening presents and playing as she was at her Dad's last night and her mum does not finish work until 6:30 tonight.
We are having Birthday cake tonight and she is then going out to my daugher's bodfriends house for the night at Toongi.
We are all going to Hogs Breath -next Sunday - Claudia's choice :)
Well could not do much in the gym last week with my back so just did cardio on the treadmill and Margie walked into town from my house - 12,oo0 steps from my house to work :)
Next weekend we are walking from Margies house - I would estimate it will be approx 18000 steps :)
I went and had accupunture and chiro again today - I just love the accupunture it really seems to help me - I also had hot suction cups and they just make my back feel so much better - I think a lot of it is muscle so it really helps with all those needles :)
This morning I hoped on the bike for an hour and read a book and the first chapter was on gratitude - so I have been grateful today for everything around me - it does make you feel better - especially when things are not quite going how you would like them to :) I then did Margie's routine at the gym with her today just to ease myself back in with my back. She is doing a whole body workout - just one exercise per body muscle for 3 sets and inbetween doing steps instead of resting - we both worked up a sweat so at least I felt like I was doing something - I just love the weights and today I am grateful that I have two legs so I can do cardio :) We ten did cardio as well and I did 45 minutes on 15 incline on the treadmill while Margie used rower, elliptical, bike and treadmill. We had a good work out so all good. Did I mention I had a free day yesterday so I need to work hard today:).
I have been on plan now for 2 weeks and have lost 1 kilo - so I am very happy with that.
Ok off to do the last few things I need to do before giving the Tax gear to the accountant, cook tea, wash, iron, eat, shower - you get the drift and do my ideal day for tomorrow. I am grateful that I have the time to do all the things that I love to do. Oh and my hubby is feeling much better, but very bored and kind of sleeping so all going well on Hamoshill.
Be good and if you can't be good enjoy being bad :)

Good to hear that your back is getting better - I've always wanted to try acupuncture but never got around to it - glad to hear its helping.

1kgs in two weeks is fantastic! All that cardio is paying off!
