TIME PASSES SO QUICKLY WHEN YOU ARE HAVING FUN

OK well the 15th has come and gone and I am now on my journey of the rest of my life :). I have been to gym, done my cardio and my qigong and stretching on all the scheduled days and food is good. On the right track, may step off occasionally but all ok cause I will just get back on. Have not completed my goals fully at this stage but will do so. My hubby just had another operation yesterday on his shoulder this time and not feeling the best but operation went well so I am sure he will start feeling better in himself soon. My granddaughter and I had the night at home alone (some special time) as my daughter is sick and spent the last few days with her boyfriend and my son is at Tafe in Bathurst. I am in the middle of sorting out my tax and now have all the "man" jobs to do around the house as my hubby will be out of action for a while. Just thinking of all those extra calories I will l be burning up :) I am now a fully qualified IAPC Coach - just got my Certificate in the mail - how exciting :) I just wanted to this this so I would understand my own body and see what I could sculpt of myself :) Well that is about all the news for now - off to an appointment, pick up my granddaughter from school, the groceries, feed the dog etc, visit my hubby in hospital and do my cardio session for the day and need torearrange the sleeping arrangements so my hubby can get in and out of bed easily. Ok things are good - oh and congratulations to all the girls that competed in Melbourne - wish I had of been there. Great motivation for me seeing some of the photos.
