Ali this is for you

You are so funny - so glad you are not my school teacher - all I can say is that those kids are going to have a good education :) Thank you for giving me the push to update my blog :) I am find it so hard not being able to reply to my emails from home. Well I was in Sydney all day friday at my naturopath and Ali yes I could not live without him. He has been looking after me since my cancer and he is just amazing. In saying that he is like you, very supportive and kicks my butt into gear when I get off track. Well he has given me some goals and they all have to b be completed by end September so I guess that works in well with my goals for you. I was at a First Aid course yesterday in the middle off running back and forward to the offfice to sign off on month end and sign cheques and havee my healthy lunch (chicken, sweet potato and broccoli and cauli) - I love sweet potato. I have had a bit of an addiction to natural peanut buttter and my naturopath is realllllllllllllllllly anti any kind of peanuts so that is coming off my menu :) I am back off to the First Aid course again today so hopefully it won't go all day like yesterday. I then will be coming home to do all the domestics and all the girls from the office are having a sleepover at my house next weekend - should be fun, we are having manicures, pedicures, massages, a camp fire, one of the girls plays guitar and sings so it should be a good night. Well off to have a shower and report in later. My goals for this week are to do all my exercise, 4 gym and 5 cardio and eat all clean food - I will then have Saturday night off and also Monday offf as that is my birthday, then the Mudgee field day off on the next Friday and then the 22nd off and that will be the end off my 12 monhts of not being strict with diet or exercise. I will then be back to health and fitness and can't wait to focus on my long term goals - I just want to eat clean food and exercise to gain muscle - very simple goals :) I am getting all excited so can't wait. I have come down with a bit of a cold so hope it doesn't stay around. I am going back down to join the gym on Monday - I have been doing a bit off gym at home but it is so hard when you have to stop and change weights etc - just so much easier to get a good session in at the gym. Anyway will use my very cold garage when I can't get to the gym. Live with Passion everyone - have to go now - look forward to talking soon. You sound focussed! That is just great!! When are you getting your home computer fixed?

Your girl weekend will be heaps of fun, what a good idea.

I am very focussed again, so that is all good, I will email you when I get my home computer fixed, it is at a mates getting sorted and I have lots to fill you in on.

5 cardio
clean food all week!!

Sounds great, will be even greater when you tick them all off beginning of next week!!
