MISSING MY HUBBY

OOPS JUST KEEP SCROLLING DOWN - NO IDEA WHAT I DID BUT I CAN'T FIX IT :)

I am really missing my hubby - he is still away at Alice Springs. I have turned to food for comfort - can't wait for him to come home. I stayed up until 1:00am last night playing on my computer - I started playing with a website three years ago just for fun and for some reason decided to have a play around with it again last night. (the last time I had signed in was in 2004) Therefore slept in and did not get up at 5:00am to do my exercise - I was going to doing it now but decided to spend my 15 minutes of lunch reporting in here and besides it is too cold (I know excuses excuses) and have a meeting to go to so will do it when I get home this arvo. Not much to report only that I have decided on my healthy lifestyle start date to be 23rd July as this will be exactly one year since my celebration of my 50th birthday and my goal was to enjoy the whole 12months of turning 50 and then to be Fit and Healthy for the rest of my life. Only 5 weeks to go :). My goal is to be balanced and not full on focused or fully not focused as I tend to do - with me it is either 100% good or 100% bad. So my goal is to get the balance and be happy with who I am now - just as well I only have 5 more weeks cause if I keep living the way I have been over the past 12 months I am not going to be happy with the NOW me. :)
